United Way's partners are key components in our communities ability to drive large scale, sustainable changes in our community.  This pages provides community agiences all the information they need to take advantage of United Way's support.
 

Funding Applications

Community Impact Grants are United Way's annual, larger and longer term grants for traditionally funded agencies.  View the complete grant application in a PDF format here.  Please note that only online submissions are accepted.
 
Community Needs Grants are revolving, smaller grants for short-term projects outside of United Way's traditional funding.
 
The EFSP was authorized under the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act signed into law on July 24, 1987. Since 1983, in its 29-year history, the EFSP will have distributed $3.8 billion to over 14,000 human service agencies in more than 2,500 communities across the country through this collaborative effort between the private and public sectors.
