KSU HOSTS UNITED WAY OF PORTAGE COUNTY
AT SATURDAY’S HOMECOMING GAME & TAILGATE PARTY!

RAVENNA, OHIO—Kent State University’s Golden Flashes will host “United Way Day” at THIS SATURDAY’S (Oct. 6, 2007) HOMECOMING GAME at Dix Stadium!  A tailgate party (see details below) will begin at 1:00 PM; the game follows at 3:00 PM. 

Tickets to “United Way Day” are $25.  Each ticket includes a $15 chairback ticket for the homecoming game; a $5 donation to United Way of Portage County; an exclusive BBQ (provided by Crooked River Grill) in Tailgate Alley before the big game; an entry into a drawing to win 2 seats in KSU’s loge to view the homecoming game and…one lucky winner, whose name will be drawn at the pre-game tailgate party, will win 2 tickets to the Ohio State vs. Kent State football game (in Columbus; October 13, 2007)!!  (Those wishing to attend only the BBQ and not the game can buy tickets for the meal for $15.)

Tickets MUST BE RESERVED BY THURSDAY, OCT 4TH AT NOON and can be picked up on game day at the United Way tailgate party.  To reserve, call Mary at United Way at 330-297-1424, ext. 110.
