Scoutreach
is an in-school program and is offered to youth that
do not have the opportunity to join a traditional pack.
The boys learn new skills, develop positive adult and peer
relationships, and develop ethical behavioral habits. The Scoutreach Program targets hard to reach youth in areas that may
be economically depressed, thus limiting access to more
