Hosting a United Way campaign offers your business and employees the opportunity to give back to their community and to get involved.

Running a United Way campaign allows hundreds of companies in Portage County with the ability to partner in order to better support their community. Providing your organization’s employees with the option to give back to Portage County through a United Way donation, is beneficial to your business or corporate culture.

Creating a relationship between your workplace and United Way provides employees with a wide array of opportunities that make everyone feel like they are making a positive investment.

Hosting a United Way Campaign at your worksite means your employees will benefit from:

Knowledge. United Way knows what the pressing needs in Portage County are today. We stay abreast of the latest issues facing our community and can assure donors that we will direct their money to be utilized in the most effective and efficient manner. 

Convenience. United Way offers various donation methods to make giving back easy and affordable. Employees can choose to invest in their community through a payroll deduction method or by a direct one-time gift.

Volunteerism. United Way connects people with opportunities to serve those in need in our community in a variety of ways. United Way links people who want to give of their time with local social service programs that aid children, youth, adults, senior citizens, the disabled and disadvantaged.

Recognition. United Way specially recognizes individuals who give to the annual campaign at the $1,000 or above level through membership in our Rainbow Club.
